Carol has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. First as an affiliate and then as a full time real estate agent. Carol's been married for 30 years and has 3 grown children -- two daughters and a son. She also has a granddaughter, Lydia and step-grandson, Chandler.
Having older children with housing needs has opened the door to the first time home buyers market. She has helped them and many of their friends find their first home. It's a market that is very rewarding and she offers knowledge and guidance of the home buying process with special attention to personal service and individual needs.
Carol has also helped in the purchase of many HUD and bank-owned homes. This is a process that takes patience, attention to detail and special focus on property conditions. It is also very rewarding for her buyers.
Real estate is ever changing and that in itself can be very challenging. She enjoys every phase of the home buying and selling process and will bring her expertiese and knowledge into every transaction.
